We do both residential and commercial jobs, using either tube and clip or system scaffold, depending on the job and customer preferences.

In general, we prefer that your invoice is paid 50% at the time the job starts, and 50% after the job is green tagged. We will allow exceptions as long as these are fully communicated, preferably before the job starts.

No, we do not offer refunds as our staff need to be paid for the hours they have worked, and while our materials are on a site, they are not out on other sites where people are paying to have them, so we cannot offer refunds after a build has been completed. If you do not need the scaffold for as long as you initially thought, we can usually adjust the pricing accordingly. Additionally, if your property or belongings are damaged by our staff or materials in a way that was not communicated to you as a risk before the start of a job, we would do a thorough investigation as we have public liability insurance for such circumstances.

Our work hours are between 7am and 4pm, so ensure any calls are placed within those times.

Once the quote is approved, our team will schedule a time to deliver and set up the scaffolding at your site. The hire period typically lasts between 7-28 days, but can be customized based on your needs. After the job is completed, our team will return to dismantle and collect the scaffolding. Payment is made in two installments: 50% at the start of the job and 50% after the scaffold is green tagged.

You can hire scaffolding for a period ranging from 7 to 28 days. If you require the scaffolding for a longer or shorter duration, we can customize the hire period based on your specific needs. Please discuss your requirements with us when requesting a quote.

Our hire price is calculated based on the jobs total square meterage, and is included at 7 days for roof edge, and at 28 days for other scaffolding projects. This can be adjusted based on what you as the customer think you will need, just let us know before we start your quote so we can give you the most accurate figured right off the bat.
